Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your returned item will result in a Kaftanese gift card. We do not offer refunds at this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for the first return as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you choose to return the exchanged item; then you will arrange the return shipping for the second and subsequent returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such custom products (i.e. special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
When you make a return we offer an exchange by way of store gift card. We do not offer refunds at this time. The gift card will be sent to your email or telephone number via text message.
International Purchases
Returns are allowed for international purchases with the same conditions as written with the exception that the customer is responsible for arranging/paying for the physical return to Kaftanese.
